Track The PAL Track program is a coed program for Grades K though 9. Practices are held locally and competitive Track Meets are held on Saturdays at various locations throughout Nassau County. This program runs April thru mid-June. The registration fee is $ 40.00 Each participant will receive a PAL Track T-Shirt and Shorts.
