PAL 2007 Summer Baseball / Softball Registration

4/27/07 - Police Officer James Graham of the Nassau County Police Activity League – Massapequa Unit is pleased to announce the 2007 Summer Baseball & Girl’s Softball registration dates.

A Boy’s Baseball program for those in grades K – 7 will run from July thru August.  Games will be played on weeknights beginning at 5:30 pm and at various times on Saturdays.  Registration is $75 per person.  All participants will receive a full uniform and a participation award at season’s end.  Those who are planning to play on a tournament team for any other summer league should not sign up for PAL Summer Baseball.

A Girl’s Softball program for girls in grades K – 9 will run during July and August.  Games will be played on weeknights beginning at 6 pm and on at various times on Saturdays.  Registration is $75 per person.  All registrants will receive shorts, softball jersey, hat and a participation award at season’s end.

Registration for the Boy’s Baseball and Girl’s Softball programs will be held at the Police Activity League – Massapequa Unit Clubhouse at 510 Parkside Blvd. (northeast corner of the Massapequa train station) on Thursday evenings, May 10th and May 17th from 6 pm to 8 pm; Tuesday, May 15th   from 6 pm to 8 pm; and on Saturday mornings, May 12th and May 19th from 10 am to 12 noon.  Late registration fees will be charged for any registrations (if available) after these days so please be sure to register during these sessions if you are interested.
