P.A.L.’s Final Basketball, Wrestling & Tennis Registration for 2006 11/5/06 - Police Officer Director James Graham of The Nassau County Police Activity League – Massapequa Unit today announced a final, late registration date for the Fall / Winter Basketball and Wrestling Programs and the open registration for P.A.L.’s Winter Tennis Instructional program. The P.A.L. Basketball program has a Line Basketball Division for Boys & Girls in Kindergarten and 1st Grade and separate Girls and Boys Divisions for grades 2 - 12. Basketball is played December thru February. The late registration fee is $85. The P.A.L. Wrestling program is geared for boys in grades 1 – 6. Wrestling will run December thru February. The late registration fee is $65 for the Beginner’s Wrestling Clinic (Grades 1 thru 3) and $75 for the Advanced Wrestling program (Grades 4 thru 6). This final registration opportunity for the Basketball & Wrestling programs will be held at the Police Activity League – Massapequa Unit office located at 510 Parkside Blvd. (northeast corner of the Massapequa train station) on Thursday, November 16th from 5 pm to 9 pm and on Saturday, November 18th from from 10 am to noon. Open registration for our P.A.L. Tennis program for boys and girls in grades 1 thru 12 will take place at the same location on the same dates however Tennis registration will occur only during the hours of 5 pm to 7 pm on Thursday, November 16th and from 10 am to noon on Saturday, November 18th.
