Happy Birthday America Massapequa PAL would like to send heartfelt THANKS to all who marched with our unit in Massapequa Park's Independence Day Parade. We had over 50 people represent our unit and we distributed over 500 flags to our marchers and roadside parade observers. We hope you all had good time marching to the music as Massapequa PAL participated (for the first time) in this important parade celebrating our nation's birth. Nassau County Legislature's Minority Leader Peter Schmitt presented our unit with a Nassau County flag prior to the parade. Thanks again to one and all!
