Lacrosse

Registration is held on  Jan 8,2009 from 6-8pm and Jan 10 10am-noon

The PAL Lacrosse program is a travel program. Separate Boy's and Girl's teams in Grades 3 - 8 are formed.

Travel Lacrosse is played from March through June.  Registration is held in January.The registration fee is $100. Participants will receive a PAL Lacrosse uniform and a participation trophy at season's end. All Players share equal playing time.

Participants are required to provide their own lacrosse equipment.  A list of mandatory equipment will be provided at the time of registration.
